The ITIL® 4 Foundation Exam is Now Available

The ITIL® 4 Foundation exam is available today, February 28th, 2019, from PeopleCert. As with all ITIL® certification exams, in order to qualify to take the exam, a candidate must complete accredited training from an authorized provider prior to taking the exam. The ITIL® 4 Foundation exam is available today and accredited training is available now from ITProTV. Learn on-demand from ITIL edutainer Jo Peacock; the pass rate for ITIL® training courses she has taught is 98%.
